Annual Support Agreements
As cloud based systems have grown in both popularity and functionality in recent years, remote support for these systems has become increasingly important for maintaining a smoothly running system.
At Digital Habitat we recognize this need and in order to serve you better we have added service plan options with 24/7 remote support to keep your systems running like new.
In addition to the support, you will receive a preferred rate on service calls requiring a home visit.
Digital Habitat Service Plan 1 – Basecamp $500
The entry level plan brings you 24/7 remote support to handle basic issues that electronic components experience. These issues include things like unresponsive components that may just need a reset to be back up and running. Our technicians are able to access your system remotely to do basic troubleshooting. You can also see the state of some devices and reboot them yourself via the OVRC app.
Digital Habitat Service Plan 2 – Snowline $750
If you’re looking for proactive network and some AV component monitoring then this plan may be for you. With early detection you’ll be able to keep your system running without any delays for some issues. With this plan you will also have access to 24/7 remote support for any problems that don’t give a warning.
Digital Habitat Service Plan 3 – Ridge $1200
With combined remote support and scheduled annual systems tests including hardware updates this plan offers your system proactive coverage.
Digital Habitat Service Plan 4 – Peak $1550
Designed with seasonal homes in mind this plan adds the benefits of biannual scheduled visits to update and test your system to ensure your system stays at peak performance all year round.
Digital Habitat Service Plan 5 – Custom $2000 – 5000
This plan is for those who know exactly what they need and when they need it. A fully scalable plan that can include as many site visits as your company or lifestyle requires. This plan also includes premium level 24/7 support to keep your system running at all times.
Standard Support Plan
We understand a service plan may not be for everyone. In the event that you do not wish to proceed with our annual remote support agreement, you may still access our remote services on a cost/call basis and with extended response times. The cost for these calls would start at $50 with a credit card required in advance and are only available during regular business hours.
